UPDATE
FAO: All Rotary Pilots Using SkyDemon
After discussions with a few of our visiting pilots, it has come to our attention that not all users of SkyDemon are able to find the Heliport. This is a simple fix by toggling extra "layers". As such, we've put together a quick-fix guide that can be accessed here: SkyDemon-QuickFix

GENERAL PUBLIC
As per current regulations, only pre-arranged visits will be accepted.
VISITING PILOTS
Cardiff Heliport remains fully open and operational to all visiting pilots.
Jet A1 with AL48 (Anti-Icing Additive), pressure refuelling and Avgas 100LL are available.
*Rotors-Running Refuels (RRR) are our speciality*
We're keeping a close eye on the government guidelines as documented by Public Health Wales and as such; all visitors are to make use of the hand-sanitizers located around the Heliport and social distancing is expected of everyone visiting. Pilots have overall responsibilty for ensuring that their passengers are adhering to the social distancing measures whilst inside the Heliport.
Should the situation change in a way that would impact visiting pilots i.e change of hours or closure - Cardiff Heliport will endeavour to contact all operators that are due to visit and the information will be promulgated via the issue of a series 'E' NOTAM.
